How it works

Three steps. None of them involve you doing bookkeeping.

1

Onboard in fifteen minutes

Choose bookkeeping alone or with tax, e-sign the engagement letter, and tell us about your accounts. If your books are behind, tell us how far.

2

Upload statements each month

Bank, savings and card statements as PDFs, straight into your portal. We convert them, categorize every transaction and reconcile to the statement balance.

3

Answer the open items

Anything we can't classify from the statement becomes a short question in your portal. Answer them and the close is done, by the 15th.

Why it's different

You send statements. We do everything after that.

No bookkeeping software to buy or learn

Your statements are the source of truth. We maintain the ledger; you get the reports.

Reconciled to the statement, every month

Every account ties to its ending balance. If it doesn't, you see why, not a plug entry.

Catch-up books, however far behind

Some clients arrive with three years of statements in a folder. That's fine. We quote the catch-up as a fixed project.

Tax-ready by design

Books that are closed monthly make the return a formality. When bookkeeping and tax are both with us, nothing gets re-keyed.

What's included

Everything a clean set of books needs.

One flat monthly fee, set at onboarding from your number of accounts and transaction volume, and confirmed in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing, no surprises on the invoice.
